While working as finance consultants, Anton and Max kept seeing the same problem: ecommerce accounting was an expensive, error-prone mess — and no one seemed to be fixing it.
Between late-night closings, broken spreadsheets, and tax advisors begging for clarity, they realized the system wasn’t just inefficient — it was unsustainable.
Over coffee (and maybe a few cursed DATEV exports), they started sketching a better way. That idea became the foundation for what we’re building now.
