CONA was founded by two ecommerce finance experts who spent years solving this problem themselves — manually. Backed by investors with years of expertise.
While working as finance consultants, Anton and Max kept seeing the same problem: ecommerce accounting was an expensive, error-prone mess, and no one seemed to be fixing it.
Between late-night closings, broken spreadsheets, and tax advisors begging for clarity, they realized the system wasn’t just inefficient. It was unsustainable.
Over coffee (and maybe a few cursed DATEV exports), they started sketching a better way. That idea became the foundation for what we’re building now.
Today, we help companies and tax advisors finally make sense of their finances. No more guessing, no more last-minute fire drills.
